There is a reason I do what I do and why I love it.
For many years, I worked deeply in the field of conscious relationships, helping people navigate intimacy, communication, boundaries, repair and sometimes, endings. Over time, that work naturally deepened, driven by a profound shift in my own life.
On paper, I was that hyper-functional A type person. I did all the work, read all the books, took the courses, and sat on the therapy couches - for years. Name the therapy and I’ve probably done it. Yet, despite all my knowledge, sustained change was missing. I was healing from the head up, managing my patterns intellectually instead of fully embodying the work and walking the talk. I was pulling weeds instead of getting to the roots.
That plateau changed everything for me, and it is exactly why I do what I do.
I learned that true transformation requires treating the whole person, not just surface-level behaviors. It is more than talk therapy. Today, I work with people who are done with quick fixes, lack of implementation after years of “doing the work” and exhausting performances. I guide women and men back to the most aligned, authentic, and alive expression of themselves, while honouring the very human emotions that arise along the way.
I promise you there is light at the end of the tunnel if you are prepared to get really honest with yourself and begin to walk in a way that reflects the change you seek. I can say that because I have lived it.
That’s why this practice is embodied, not performative. It is integrative, not prescriptive. It blends nervous system awareness, science, and relational intelligence with ancient wisdom and my own lived experience.
